How did this come to our attention?
We organised a full day workshop on learning Agile ways of leading NGO with the help of our volunteers. This program aimed at building the capacity of individuals and the preparation of human resources within the organisation, both Board and Staff, as well as developing their skills. By undergoing this program, all of us were able to understand the importance of performing and completing our tasks within the given time frame and learn how to take initiatives to respond to the emerging needs of the communities we serve. The workshop included topics as:
